Pass-Through Costs
16Fold runs on top of tools you use to run your business. Some of those have their own costs. You own those accounts directly — we don't mark them up or take a cut.
16Fold runs on Claude, built by Anthropic. You bring your own API key and pay Anthropic directly — we never touch that money.

Do I need Apollo and Hunter to use 16Fold?
Only if you want lead prospecting. If you're not doing outbound, you don't need those accounts. We'll ask about your goals during onboarding and tell you exactly what applies to you.
Can I use my existing Apollo or Hunter account?
Yes. We connect via API to the account you already have. Your data, your account, your subscription — we just run the system on top of it.
Is the Anthropic API cost on top of my subscription?
Yes. Anthropic bills you directly for API usage. Most clients spend $20–$80/month at normal business volume. We'll give you a realistic estimate before you start, based on your package.
What if tool pricing changes?
Your 16Fold subscription is fixed. Tools like Apollo, Hunter, and Anthropic set their own pricing — we have no control over that. We'll always give you a heads up if a tool makes a significant pricing change.
Will I know my total cost before I sign up?
Yes. That's the point of this page. During onboarding, we walk through every tool you'll need and what each one costs. No surprises.
